to talk or not to talk

There will be times when you are not going to want to say much because you will feel overwhelmed. It is fine to be quiet sometimes, as our first quote said this morning you can be a fool if you just talk for talking sake. The second quote I find interesting and makes you want to pay attention to how you speak. What words do you use on a regular basis? Are they positive or negative?

Do you use the same words over and over again? How do they make you feel? Now take a look at the people you hang around with and ask the same questions. Do these people bring you up or down? Maybe you need to look at your relationships. Remember happiness and being positive is contagious so is the opposite. I don’t know about you but I would rather be happy and positive because my day goes much better!
