Appreciation can be a very powerful tool. The next time you are having a bad take a few minutes and list all the things you are appreciative of and the things you appreciate. It doesn’t matter what you list, but try to list at least 10 things. Your list could include things as small as you appreciate that you woke up, you have a place to stay, and you have clothes to wear. You may want to include things like having the sight you have (that’s on my list), the sunshine. Even at your lowest you can have things you appreciate. I would say this little exercise helps me at least 9 out of 10 times I make my list.
