Remember to treat yourself with respect as well as those around you. As our first quote says do your toughest tasks first and get them out of the way. Exercise in the morning that way you will feel better the rest of the day. I know I feel better after I exercise and feel a sense of renewal. It is so very easy when you are disabled to let yourself go and not plant those seeds that will come up in the spring. Being disabled does not give you a ticket to be lazy.
