Procrastination

Do you procrastinate? I know that being disabled it takes longer to do things so it is so very easy to want to put things off until later or tomorrow. But as today’s proverb says "tomorrow is the busiest day of the week:

Here’s an idea, when you don’t feel like doing something tell yourself you only have to do it for 5 or 10 minutes. That way the task will be at least started and maybe after you are started you can get it finished. If not then set another 5 or 10 minute goal after a little break from the dreaded task.

Give yourself a reward.

Get someone to help you do it then you can get it done in half the time!
