I am finding out just how important moving is. In another post I think I mentioned that I have been having trouble with arthritis in my hips which is making it difficult to walk. Since I have been doing some small exercises my hips are starting to loosen up and walking is starting to get easier again. Now I am not going to go run a marathon, but I am not feeling ready for a wheelchair anymore either. So please take today’s tip seriously and start moving. I waited until my body was screaming at me to get the message; I don’t want the same thing to happen to you. It doesn’t matter if you are disabled or not, you can still do some kind of movement. Actually people that are disabled should probably move more so you don’t lose anything else and can stay independent.
