This week’s theme is motivation! Finding and keeping your motivation is important because it can help you accomplish so many goals. If you are motivated you will get that extra exercise time in or eat less. Motivation can also be contagious. When you are motivated to do your best then that will inspire others to do the same. When you are disabled it is important to be motivated and not allow yourself to get into the "poor me" attitude.
