It’s Tip of the Day

We had some tips yesterday. And we will continue on what I talked about a little bit yesterday. The tip I have for you today is most of us want to lose a little weight (okay I want to lose a lot) so use the time you spend waiting to get in a little bit of exercise. Take a walk while you wait for your ride. Here’s a website you might want to check out for some ideas. I think they sound pretty good and I will be incorporating them into my day!
