This is interesting and a

good resource that I received from a list I am on.

BlindAlive www.BlindAlive.com produces audio workouts with descriptions. These can either be downloaded or shipped via CD. Currently, we have six programs encompassing weights, cardio, and stability ball. There are plans for pilates and chair workouts in the not-too-distant future.

I know we are all busy, and are constantly inundated with information. However, if you would like to keep up with what is going on with BlindAlive, please consider subscribing to our newsletter. It comes out roughly once a month, and we make every effort to ensure that the information is relevant. In other words, we won’t fill your inbox just because “it’s time.”

If you do sign up, you will receive a link to download a free ten-minute audio – a gentle morning stretch. It’s a wonderful way for anyone to start the day, and will provide an example of how descriptions can be integrated into the audio.
