Even if you are disabled you can have dreams and if you have dreams then go out and start finding ways to work toward your dreams. Start out by setting your big goals then break those goals up into smaller goals and keep going until you are at a space where you have goals that are obtainable. Now you will have several big goals so then you will end up with what I call several different categories. Only work on one category at a time. That way you can feel like you are making progress.
One of my goals is to lose weight so I broke it down and now I am doing small exercises like walking a little bit more each day. I feel good when I accomplish my goal so I will continue and move on to the next goal etc.
