Today’s quote builds on what I was saying yesterday. As long as you do what you know is your best you can get through just about anything. Disability brings with it stress because you may not be able to do things the way you used to be able to do them. You may not be able to get around as easily as you did before or you may not be able to just grab a can of the correct can of soup out of the cabinet. When you encounter this kinds of stress you need to take a step back and take a few deep breaths. In through the nose and out through the mouth, at least 3 times. Then you can try again. Things will get easier, I promise. Please remember to be kind to yourself.
