Believe

This week’s theme is Believe so let’s see what unfolds!

“Promise me you’ll always remember: You’re braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”

A. A. Milne

“When your confidence flies away, just close your eyes and tell yourself that you can do it. Believe in yourself and you will come alive.”

Karen John

“Believe in yourself. Have faith in your abilities. Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.”

Norman Vincent Peale

“Believe that life is worth living and your belief will help create the fact.”

William James

I chose believe as our theme this week because we have been talking about self-confidence and I wanted to talk about believing in ourselves. I know I got a little carried away with the quotes today, but if you have been following me for any amount of time you know I love quotes, and I picked out too many quotes on believe. Since I thought they were all good I decided to give you 3 quotes each day this week and today you get a bonus quote!

I don’t know about you but I am not really into reading long posts so I try to keep my posts on the short side unless it is an actual article. Let me know if you would like longer posts in the comments.

This week we will not only look at believing in ourselves now that we are disabled, but also at mindfulness.

I am going to leave you with a short yes or no question today.

Do you think your brain can affect how things turn out like our last quote refers too?

Answer yes or no in the comments and please share this post
