Are you falling into the trap?

It is so easy to fall into the worry trap, but it can be easy to turn the worry around by asking yourself a few questions. Start by asking:

Can I do anything about this situation?

If the answer is no – then let it go

If the answer is yes – then address the problem

Then ask yourself why you are worrying and is it valid.

There are a few times that worry will come into play, but not as often as many people think they need to worry.
